We need to learn the skills which can help us through the hurt so we can recognize when a relationship fracture happens, repair the fracture and train the other person in the relationship how to treat you differently and by doing so it is possible to reduce the amount of hurt that occurs.

Emotions and Health (Part 1)

A groggy woman turns in her bed and catches a glimpse of the time on her bedside clock. It is 4:30 a.m. Her teenaged son, who went out last night with friends, should have been home hours ago. Bolting out of bed, she checks her answering machine to see if he may have left any messages. There are none.
